AdsPower Account Deletion Agreement

Dear User, before you formally initiate the account deletion process for your AdsPower account, please carefully read the following notice: Once the AdsPower account is deleted, unless otherwise provided by law or this Agreement, all personal information under this account will be deleted or anonymized, and any accounts previously linked to this AdsPower account will no longer be associated. Once the deletion process is completed, the account cannot be restored. Please proceed with caution.
If, after careful consideration, you still decide to delete this AdsPower account, you must read and fully understand this AdsPower Account Deletion Agreement (“Agreement”) and agree to all of its terms, especially the exemption and limitation clauses (such as Clause 2 and Clause 4.2), as well as the dispute resolution and jurisdiction provisions (Clauses 5.2 and 5.3). These clauses may be highlighted in bold, color, or other reasonable ways to draw your attention. This Agreement is entered into between you and SUNFLOWER TECH PTE. LTD. (“AdsPower” or “we”) and is legally binding. By initiating the account deletion process or checking the box agreeing to this Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to and complied with all provisions of this Agreement.
If you wish to use AdsPower services again after deletion, you are welcome to re-register and log in.
1. Definitions
Account: Refers to the account you registered on the AdsPower platform.
Account Levels: AdsPower classifies accounts based on functional permissions and team management needs as follows:
- Super Admin: The sole creator of the team with the highest management rights. A Super Admin can create, manage, and delete all team member accounts. If you registered independently, your account will be the Super Admin by default.
- Team Member: Includes Administrators, Managers, and Members. These are sub-accounts created by the Super Admin.
- Personal Account: An independent account not affiliated with any team.
- Third-Party Account: Refers to accounts on third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, VK) bound to your AdsPower account.
2. Consequences of Account Deletion
You acknowledge and agree that deleting your AdsPower account may result in the following consequences, for which you shall be solely responsible：
2.1 Termination of Account Functions and Services
(1) You will not be able to log in or use this account, and all functions that rely on this account (including browser fingerprint configuration, multi-account management, automated scripts, etc.) will be permanently disabled;
(2) If it is a Super Admin account: After deletion, the entire team will be disbanded, all team member accounts will be deleted simultaneously, and all team data and team member account data will be deleted and cannot be accessed or restored.
(3) If it is a Team Member account: You cannot apply for account deletion individually, and must apply through the Super Admin.
(4) Browser environment and information clearing: All browser environments created by this account (including fingerprint configuration, proxy settings, etc.) will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored;
(5) Third-party account unbinding: All third-party accounts bound to this account (Google account, Facebook account, VK account, etc.) will be automatically unbound and need to be re-registered and bound;
(6) Recharge wallet and energy clearing: The recharge wallet balance, energy value, etc. in this account and team member accounts will be cleared and cannot be restored; if the account still has a recharge wallet balance before applying for deletion, you can contact AdsPower official customer service to assist you in transferring it to another account;
(7) Package fees are non-refundable: If the current account and team member accounts have purchased but unexpired package services, the remaining fees will not be refunded and the benefits will automatically expire;
2.2 Deletion or Anonymization of Personal Information
Your personal data (e.g., account information, browser fingerprint records, usage logs, login IP) will be deleted or anonymized unless otherwise required by law or this Agreement.
Exception: If your account was suspended due to legal violations or breaches of AdsPower's Terms of Use, related data (e.g., operation logs) may be retained for up to 3 years for compliance, dispute resolution, or litigation purposes.
2.4 Irreversibility of Account Deletion
Once deleted, the account cannot be restored. Even if you re-register using the same phone number, email, or ID, it will be treated as a new account.
2.5 Termination of Terms of Use and Continuing Obligations
Account deletion terminates the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (except for clauses explicitly surviving termination). Liabilities incurred prior to deletion shall remain enforceable.
2.6 Other Possible Consequences
Any consequences arising from account deletion, such as third-party service disruptions, are your responsibility.
2.7 Special Rules for Team Accounts
- Only one Super Admin is allowed per team.
- AdsPower bears no responsibility for disputes arising from internal team management.
- Any data loss resulting from Super Admin-initiated deletion shall be borne by the Super Admin.
3. Preconditions for Account Deletion
Before applying for account deletion, you must ensure that all of the following conditions are met:
3.1 Account Ownership and Legitimacy
The account is legally owned and actually used by you, and complies with the provisions of AdsPower Terms of Use and platform rules regarding account registration and use.
3.2 Normal Account Security Status
(1) Within 14 days prior to the application for deletion, the account has no sensitive operations (such as modifying the password, changing the bound mobile phone number/email, unbinding the device, etc.);
(2)The account is in normal use, with no risk of theft or abnormal login records;
(3) The account is not under violation processing (such as being banned or having its functions restricted due to violating platform rules).
3.3 No Disputes or Legal Controversies
The account has no unresolved disputes (including user complaints, investigations by state organs, arbitrations, litigations, etc.).
3.4 Special Conditions for Team Account Deletion
(1) Team member accounts can only be deleted by the Super Admin;
(2) When deleting a team account, the Super Admin or must confirm that all sub - accounts under the team have no pending orders, unsettled fees, or unresolved disputes;
(3) After the Super Admin deletes the account, the entire team will be dissolved, and all team data and team member account data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
4. Account Deletion Process
4.1 Account Deletion Process
Super Admin Account Deletion: You must submit a deletion request through the “Account Settings – Delete Account” function in the official AdsPower desktop client and strictly follow the operational instructions.
Team Member Account Deletion: Team member accounts can only be deleted by the Super Admin in the AdsPower desktop client .
Personal Account Deletion: For personal account deletion, please contact AdsPower official customer service for assistance.
4.2 Agreement Confirmation and Condition Verification
You must have read and agreed to the entire content of this Agreement and confirmed that all the conditions specified in Clause 3 have been met.
4.3 Deletion Confirmation and Cooling-Off Period
After completing the verification under Clause 4.2, click the [Confirm Deletion] button. Your account will then enter a 3-day cooling-off period.
4.4 Deletion Review and Cooling-Off Mechanism
Cooling-Off Period: You will have a 3-day period after submitting the deletion request during which you may revoke it.
Restoration During Cooling-Off Period: You may log in using your original login method (bound phone number/email) to revoke your deletion request at any time during this period.
After Cooling-Off Period: If you do not revoke the request, we will verify whether you meet all or part of the deletion conditions set forth in Clause 3. Based on the security status of your account and your usage of relevant products and services, we may determine whether your account meets the deletion requirements. To protect the security of your account and property, we may require identity verification to confirm that you are the authorized user of the account. If we determine that the account does not meet the deletion conditions or the identity verification fails, your deletion request may be rejected. You may follow our instructions for subsequent actions or contact customer support for assistance. Even if we determine that you meet the deletion conditions, such determination is based solely on your representation and guarantee that the account complies with these conditions, and we shall not bear any legal liability in this regard.
4.5 Deletion Review and Processing Time
We will review and process your deletion request within 3 business days.
You understand and agree that, before deleting or anonymizing the personal information under the account, we may need additional time to organize and process such information in order to maximize the protection of your and other users’ legal rights and interests. Therefore, there may be a delay in deleting or anonymizing the personal information associated with the account.
5. Miscellaneous
5.1 Agreement Effectiveness
This Agreement is part of the AdsPower Terms of Use. Unaddressed matters shall follow the Terms of Use. In case of conflict, this Agreement prevails. You confirm and agree that Acccount Deletion does not exempt you from statutory or platform rule responsibilities.
5.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Signing Location: Singapore.
This Agreement and any disputes (contractual or non-contractual) arising from it shall be governed by and interpreted under Singapore law.
5.3 Dispute Resolution
The Parties agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including but not limited to those concerning its formation, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, termination, or nullity, shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”). The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the SIAC Rules in force at the time of the commencement of the arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, the language of arbitration shall be English, and the tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator.
The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both Parties.
