Welcome to use our products and services! We are fully aware of the importance of personal data to you. We will comply with laws and regulations to take appropriate security protection measures and strive to protect your personal data. Based on this, the provider AdsPower softwares and related services (hereinafter referred to as "we") formulates this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy"/"this Privacy Policy") to help you fully understand how we will collect, use and protect your personal data during your use of our products and services.
Before you start using our products and services, please be sure to read and understand this policy carefully, especially the terms marked in bold/bold underline. Your agreement to the Privacy Policy indicates that you have understood the functions and content of AdsPower products and services, as well as the necessary personal data required for the operation of AdsPower products and various functional modules and value-added services, and have given the corresponding collection and use authorization. Unless you read and accept all the terms of this Agreement, please do not download, install or use AdsPower products and related services. Your actions such as clicking to agree, downloading, installing, using, logging in, etc. shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the AdsPower Service Agreement (whether electronic or non-electronic) signed between you and us.
I. Scope
This policy applies to all products and services provided to you by AdsPower service providers in the form of websites, software clients, and new forms that emerge with technological development. Except for the relevant data collection and use activities described in this policy, this policy does not apply to other services provided to you by AdsPower partners and other third parties. Other services are subject to the personal data collection and use rules separately explained to you.
II. Data Collection and Use
When you use our products/services, we need/may need to collect and use your personal data, including the following two types:
1. In order to realize the basic functions of providing you with our products and/or services, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary data. If you refuse to provide the corresponding data, you will not be able to use our products and/or services normally;
2. In order to realize the additional functions of providing you with our products and/or services, you can choose to agree or disagree with the data we collect and use separately. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functions normally or achieve the functional effects we intend to achieve, which will not affect your use of our basic functions.
We would like to remind you in particular: We are committed to creating a variety of products and services to meet your needs. Because we provide you with a wide range of product function modules and services, and different users choose to use different specific products/services, the basic/additional functions and the corresponding types and scopes of personal data collected and used will be different. Please refer to the specific product function modules and service functions.
The specific functional scenarios we will provide you include but are not limited to:
1. Free version, paid version and exclusive customized version of AdsPower product functional module services
We provide you with services based on the packages or functional modules you create and order from AdsPower for your AdsPower account. In order to create an AdsPower account, you need to provide us with at least your mobile phone number or email address. If you refuse to provide the above data, you will not be able to register an AdsPower account.
When you use AdsPower products and services, or visit the AdsPower browser platform webpage, the AdsPower browser will automatically receive and record data on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature data, web pages you visit, your service logs and operation logs.
In order to ensure that we are providing services for you personally, we may verify your identity based on the above data you provide. If there is a scenario where your necessary identity needs to be determined according to law (including protecting the rights and interests of minors, combating telecommunications network fraud, withholding taxes for you, administrative law enforcement or identification of relevant subjects in judicial proceedings), you can authorize the facial recognition verification channel we provide for verification, and the verification data is used for the above purposes.
2. Account Authentication Service
When you use functions or services that require identity authentication, you may need to provide your name, ID number, and phone number to verify your true identity. You can refuse to provide them, but you may not be able to obtain related services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
3. Additional Services
You can choose to further improve the account data of this product, and you can provide us with your nickname, mobile phone number, etc. to obtain additional services that better meet your needs. You can also choose not to provide them, but you will not be able to obtain related services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
AdsPower will initiate operational activities for newly launched services and functions from time to time. If you participate in relevant operational activities, we will collect data including but not limited to your identity data and contact data through the operational activity interface in order to contact you, verify your eligibility for rewards, and issue operational rewards to you. If you do not participate in relevant operational activities, you do not need to provide the above data. If you participate in operational activities but refuse to provide them, you will not be able to obtain relevant rewards.
4. Help you complete payment
To complete order payment, you may need to provide an Alipay account, WeChat account or choose other payment methods to pay. For example, if you choose Alipay to pay, we will share your AdsPower account, the corresponding Alipay account member name, order payment related data, order security related equipment data and other necessary data required by anti-money laundering laws with Alipay through the Alipay tool development kit (SDK) embedded in the application.
If you choose WeChat to pay, we will share your AdsPower account, the corresponding WeChat account member name, order payment related data, order security related equipment data and other necessary data required by anti-money laundering laws with WeChat through the WeChat tool development kit (SDK) embedded in the application.
If you choose other financial institutions to provide you with payment services, we will also share your bank card payment necessary data including bank card number and expiration date with the corresponding financial institution you choose.
In order for us to promptly learn and confirm your payment progress and status and provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we can collect payment progress related data from your selected transaction counterparty, Alipay company or other financial institutions you choose.
5. Customer Service and Dispute Resolution
When you contact us or apply for pre-sales, after-sales, or dispute resolution, in order to protect the security of your account and system, we need you to provide necessary personal data to verify your membership.
In order to facilitate contacting you, helping you solve problems as soon as possible, or recording solutions and results of related problems, we may save your communication, correspondence/call records and related content with us (including account data, address, email, other data you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact data you leave). If you inquire, complain or provide suggestions for a specific order, we will use your account data and order data.
In order to provide services and improve the reasonable needs of service quality, we may also use your other data, including the relevant data you provide when you contact customer service and the questionnaire response data you send to us when you participate in the questionnaire survey.
III. Providing Data to External Parties
1. Sharing
We will not share your personal data with companies, organizations, and individuals other than AdsPower service providers, except in the following circumstances:
（1）Sharing necessary for fulfilling legal obligations: We may share your personal data in accordance with laws and regulations, litigation, dispute resolution, or in accordance with the requirements of administrative and judicial authorities in accordance with the law, as well as other legal obligations.
（2）Sharing with your consent: We will share your personal data with other parties after obtaining your explicit consent.
（3）Sharing necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party: When you purchase goods or services through AdsPower, we will share the necessary transaction-related data in your order data with the provider of the relevant goods or services according to your choice to meet your transaction, delivery, and after-sales service needs.
（4）Sharing with affiliated companies: In order to facilitate us and affiliated companies to jointly provide you with some services, provide you with products and services based on the AdsPower platform account, recommend data that may interest you, identify member account anomalies, and protect the personal and property safety of AdsPower affiliated companies or other users or the public from infringement, your personal data may be shared with our affiliated companies and/or their designated service providers. We will only share necessary personal data and will be subject to the purposes stated in this policy. If we share your sensitive personal data or our affiliates change the purpose of using and processing personal data, we will ask for your authorization again.
Please note that the data you voluntarily share or even publicly share when using our services may involve your or others' personal data or even sensitive personal data. Please consider and make decisions more carefully.
2. Entrusted processing
We may entrust authorized partners to process your personal data so that the authorized partners can provide you with certain services or perform functions on our behalf. We will only entrust them to process your data for the legitimate, legitimate, necessary, specific and clear purposes stated in this policy. Authorized partners can only access the data required to perform their duties, and we will require them through an agreement not to use this data for any other purpose beyond the scope of the entrustment. If the authorized partner uses your data for purposes not entrusted by us, it will obtain your consent separately.
Currently, the authorized partners we entrust include the following types:

We will entrust these partners to process data related to advertising, coverage and effectiveness under the premise of adopting industry-standard security technologies. （2）Suppliers, service providers and other partners. We entrust data processing to suppliers, service providers and other partners who support our business, including providing technical infrastructure services entrusted by us, analyzing how our services are used, providing customer service, facilitating payments or conducting academic research and surveys.
3. Transfer
If we need to transfer personal data due to merger, division, dissolution, or bankruptcy, we will inform you of the name or name and contact information of the recipient. The recipient will continue to perform this policy and other legal obligations. If the recipient changes the original processing purpose or processing method, it will obtain your consent again.
4. Public Disclosure
We will only disclose your personal data publicly in the following circumstances:
（1）Based on your active choice and other separate consent, we may disclose your personal data publicly;
（2）If we determine that you have violated laws and regulations or seriously violated the relevant agreements and rules of the AdsPower platform, or to protect the personal and property safety of AdsPower platform users or the public from infringement, we may disclose your personal data, including relevant violations and measures that the AdsPower platform has taken against you.
IV. How we protect your personal data
1. We attach great importance to the security of your data and will strive to take reasonable security measures (including technical and management aspects) to protect your personal data. We have set up security protection functions for user accounts, and through security measures such as encrypting user passwords, we prevent the personal data you provide from being improperly used or accessed, disclosed, used, modified, damaged, lost or leaked without authorization.
2. The data we collect is stored in a secure operating environment that is not open to the public. To avoid unauthorized access to your data, we store it in a server that is protected by a firewall and may be encrypted. However, no system is absolutely safe. Please understand that there is no "perfect security measure" on the data network. Even if we make great efforts, it may still be impossible to prevent illegal access to your personal data. In addition, since we cannot judge whether the statements of others are true, we may be deceived by unreliable, misleading or illegal data.
3. We will use encryption technology, anonymization processing and related reasonable and feasible means that are no less than those of our peers in the industry to protect your personal/corporate data, and use security protection mechanisms to prevent your personal/corporate data from malicious attacks.
4. We will establish a special security department, security management system, and data security process to ensure the security of your personal/corporate data. We adopt a strict data use and access system to ensure that only authorized personnel can access your personal/corporate data, and conduct security audits of data and technology in a timely manner.
5. We also ask you to understand that in the Internet industry, due to technological limitations and rapid development, as well as various possible malicious attack methods, even if we do our best to strengthen security measures, it is impossible to always guarantee 100% security of data. Please understand that the systems and communication networks used when you use our products and/or services may have security problems in other links outside our control.
6. We will formulate emergency plans for network security incidents to promptly deal with security risks such as system vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions. When an incident endangering network security occurs, we will immediately activate the emergency plan, take corresponding remedial measures, and report to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with regulations.
7. After an unfortunate personal data security incident occurs, we will promptly inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for risks that you can prevent and reduce on your own, and remedial measures for you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. We will promptly inform you of the relevant situation of the incident through the contact data you have reserved, such as in-site notification, SMS notification, phone or email. When it is difficult to inform you one by one, we will take reasonable and effective means to issue an announcement. At the same time, we will also proactively report the handling of personal data security incidents in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities.
V. Your rights
You can review and manage your data in the following ways, and we will respond to your request in compliance with the requirements of laws and regulations:
1. Review, Correction and Supplementation
You have the right to request review, correction and supplementation of your data through the official customer service or through support@adspower.net. You can review and correct your personal data through the "Settings - My Account" in the system.
2. Deletion
You can delete part of your data through the path listed in "Review, Correction and Supplement Your data", or apply to cancel your account to delete all your data.
In the following circumstances, you can request us to delete personal data by contacting customer service:
（1）You withdraw your consent authorization;
（2）If our processing of personal data seriously violates the agreement with you;
（3）If our processing purpose has been achieved, cannot be achieved or is no longer necessary to achieve the processing purpose;
（4）If we stop providing products or services, or the retention period has expired;
（5）Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
You can review, correct or delete account data through the "Settings-My Account" in the system.
Deletion of personal data refers to the act of removing personal data from the systems involved in implementing daily business functions, so that it remains inaccessible and cannot be retrieved. After you or we assist you in deleting the relevant data, due to applicable laws and security technology restrictions, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding data from the backup system. We will safely store your personal/business data and limit any further processing of it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the subject that obtained your personal data from us as much as possible and require it to delete it in a timely manner (unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these subjects have independently obtained your authorization).
After you or we assist you in deleting the relevant data, due to applicable laws and security technology restrictions, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding data from the backup system. We will safely store your personal data and limit any further processing of it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
3. Change the scope of authorization
You can change or withdraw the scope of your authorization for us to collect and process your personal data in the following ways: You can authorize the binding relationship through "My-Account and Security".
For authorizations that you cannot directly set through the above methods, you can modify them by contacting customer service, but please note that for some types of personal data, such as data necessary to implement the basic functions of AdsPower or data necessary for us to fulfill our obligations under laws and regulations, we may not be able to respond to your request to change the scope of authorization. When you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer process the corresponding personal data. However, your decision to withdraw your authorization will not affect our previous processing of personal data based on your authorization.
4. Cancel your account and delete your data
If you are sure that you will no longer use our products or services and you want to cancel your account, you can cancel your account and delete your personal data in the following ways:
Contact the official customer service or contact us at support@adspower.net to submit your account cancellation request. After you submit your cancellation request, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law.
You know and understand that the act of canceling an account is irreversible. When you cancel your account, all content, information, data, and records under the account will be deleted or anonymized, and you will no longer be able to retrieve, access, obtain, continue to use and retrieve, and you have no right to ask us to retrieve it, except as otherwise provided by laws, regulations and relevant national standards.
If you still decide to cancel your browser account after careful consideration, please be sure to read and fully understand the browser account cancellation instructions first. If you need to use our services again after cancellation, you are welcome to re-register according to our platform rules.
5. Constraining data system automatic decision-making
In certain business functions, we may make decisions based solely on non-manual automatic decision-making mechanisms including algorithms. If these decisions affect your legal rights and interests, you can contact us through customer service.
6. Responding to your above requests
For the above requests made to us by you or your possible guardians, close relatives and other entitled entities, as well as your relevant personal data rights stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws, you can contact us through customer service or directly file a complaint with our personal data protection department. We will respond within 15 days.
In order to protect the security of your account and your personal data, when you make the above request to us, we may first verify your identity (such as adding account verification, requiring you to provide a written request or other reasonable methods) before processing your request.
In principle, we do not charge fees for your reasonable requests, but we will charge a certain fee for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits. We may reject requests for data that is not directly related to your identity, for data that is repeatedly requested without reasonable grounds, or that require excessive technical measures (such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are impractical.
VI. Storage of data
We will only retain your personal data for the period required to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless there are mandatory retention requirements by law, such as the "E-Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China" requires that product and service data and transaction data be kept for no less than three years from the date of completion of the transaction.
We judge the storage period of personal data mainly based on the following standards:
1. Complete the transaction purpose related to you, maintain the corresponding transaction and business records, and respond to your possible inquiries or complaints;
2. Ensure the security and quality of our services to you;
3. Do you agree to a longer retention period;

After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws. In order to bring you a better product and service experience, we continue to work hard to improve our products, services and technologies. However, without your explicit consent, we will not restrict your rights under this policy.
For major changes, we will also provide more prominent notices (including notifications through public announcements on the AdsPower website or pop-up prompts).
VIII. Protection of Minors
AdsPower's services are mainly for adults. If you are a minor under applicable laws, please be sure to read the privacy policy of the developer or advertiser application and this privacy policy carefully under the supervision and guidance of your parents or other guardians before using AdsPower products and services, and use the application or provide personal data with the consent of your guardian.
We protect the personal data of minors in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. Unless otherwise provided by law, we will only collect, use, store, share, transfer or publicly disclose the personal data of minors when permitted by law, with the explicit consent of parents or other guardians, or when necessary to protect minors. If we find that we have collected the personal data of minors without obtaining verifiable parental consent in advance, we will take measures to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
